Now that is not a description you often hear associated with golf’s most laid-back player. In fact, you’d be hard-pressed to ever think of Couples in such terms. In his career, a balky back has kept Fred Couples from winning, or even playing, more on the PGA Tour. This week’s Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf event on the Champions Tour will mark five straight weeks of tournament play for the 15-time PGA Tour winner.
